As if Google doesn’t have their hands in enough pies, they have now launched Google Flight Search aka The Kayak Killer. All you have to do to find a flight is type into google search box something along the lines of: “flight from sfo to lax” and then filter for Flights on the left. I personally don’t have the ability to filter yet so I’m wondering if they are rolling this out as we speak. You can also go to www.google.com/flights and do a search from there. There is also some nice maps integration – in case you didn’t exactly know where you flying (?). This is all made possible because of Google’s acquisition of ITA – the backbone for flight bookings.
