Yep. I’ll admit it. I have a fake Christmas tree. I love it! I got it at Target for about $60 last year on sale. It has the lights basically built into it so there is no fuss to getting it up. The rest of the year I keep it in storage downstairs. My mom donated some of my childhood ornaments to the tree that makes it nice and homey.
The only downside to my fake tree is that I don’t have the nice pine scent permeating the house. But today I have come up with a solution to this problem…
A pine scented candle! Voila! I picked up an AQUIESSE Monterey Pine Holiday Candle from the store down the street for a mere $36 (ok, yeah half the cost of the tree).
The house has a nice holiday feel to it now with a pine scent and no dying tree to deal with.
