I have to admit that despite my Michelin star tastes, this Mashed Potato Bowl from KFC really looks to me like the most perfect food on Earth.
We start with a generous serving of our creamy mashed potatoes, layered with sweet corn and loaded with bite-sized pieces of crispy chicken. Then we drizzle it all with our signature home-style gravy and top it off with a shredded three-cheese blend. It’s all your favorite flavors coming together.
When I was an overworked dot-com worker in San Francisco, one of the things that I would make for dinner every night when I arrived home exhuasted was a bowl of mashed (yes, powdered) with corn and a slice of cheese all topped off with some sriracha hot sauce. Yum. I still love that. Gotta head to a KFC to find one of these wonderful creations…
